A Service Manager is responsible in overseeing the over-all operations of the store as the primary channel in servicing customers’ requirements. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service; be compliant to internal control/policies as well as regulatory – i.e. BSP, AMLC requirements. He/she shall coach the branch team on the relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to achieve continuous improvement in operational knowledge.

Requirement/s:

The role is responsible for the development of new-to-bank clients and sell all the products and services of the Bank. Also responsible for ensuring the growth of managed accounts. Performs marketing and sales functions to achieve his/her sales targets.

Requirement/s:

• With at least 2 years of relevant experience selling products and services from any financial institutions
• Must have a high passion for sales and client management
• Willing to do field work for Business Development Sales Officer
