The Product Owner (Non-App) will be responsible for developing the features and product requirements for select digital products or channels for the Komo Digital Banking Service. Will own the end-to-end product management of product features, including but not limited to initiation of potential products, conducting ongoing market insighting efforts; generating product requirements; determining specifications, development schedules and roadmap, and coordinating with development team to assist in the overall launch and day-to-day operations of the product.

The Technical Operations Engineer role is primarily responsible for monitoring all backend and infrastructure services for the Digital Bank, including but not limited to Azure and Bancnet services. Apply technical knowledge to proactively analyze backend environments, identify areas for improvement (performance monitoring, capacity management, event, and security monitoring), make recommendations to enhance tech operations and infra/backend services for Azure, core services, Bancnet, and network connectivity.

Conduct and supervise the conduct of regular / spot audit of units indicated in the Department’s annual audit work plan and conduct special / fraud investigations as assigned by the Section / Department Head.
Ensure that the different audit reviews / processes of the audit team are in accordance with sound internal auditing standards such as the Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and other supplemental standards issued by the regulatory authorities / government agencies, as well as the relevant code of ethics.
