The role is responsible to supervise Service Managers of Stores under his Division; ensures that Stores are adequately manned by competent personnel to provide satisfactory customers’ experience. He/she is also in charge of checking store’s adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as compliance to regulatory – BSP & AMLC requirements as provided in the EWB Money Laundering Prevention Program (MLPP).

Manages/monitors external collections agencies (ECAs) in the execution of the team’s collection strategies.Reviews and corrects, if necessary, financial and non-financial endorsements submitted by the ECAs. Ensures that the ECAs are sufficiently capacitized in terms of manpower and other resources required in implementing collection strategies.

Holds all parties accountable to project timelines (from development, to SIT, to performing internal testing prior to UAT, to UAT, to documentation, to deployment to production, to post deployment curing of any issues)– vendors and users, and resolves issues when necessary. As a collateral responsibility, the position also investigates and resolves system Production issues and queries.
Executes the different personal loan product management plans and various sound marketing strategies to achieve Top Line, Bottom Line, and Market Share targets. Manages the production of all publicity materials in collaboration with CLC Marketing and Bank Marketing to maximize brand promotion.

The Credit Officer shall be responsible in reviewing the home and/or EEL loan applications generated from the different sales channels of the Bank. By using the results of credit investigations and appraisal reports, he/she shall identify credit risk and policy deviation, and propose mitigation to make the risk acceptable.

Responsible for the pre-screening and initial evaluation of auto loan applications prior to final assessment of Credit Officers. Position is responsible for the pre-evaluation of auto loan applications such as duplicate checking against negative database, bank files and systems and analysis of results within prescribed turn-around-time while ensuring compliance to Bank and Regulatory bodies, policies and procedures.
