Manages/monitors external collections agencies (ECAs) in the execution of the team’s collection strategies.Reviews and corrects, if necessary, financial and non-financial endorsements submitted by the ECAs. Ensures that the ECAs are sufficiently capacitized in terms of manpower and other resources required in implementing collection strategies.

Monitor major and critical risk issues vital to adherence to compliance directives; equip key stakeholders with information on BSP – compliance related issues to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business sourcing, credit processing and approvals, customer management, collections and customer servicing, etc.

A Relationship Manager is tasked to acquire new-to-bank clients & deepen existing client relationships for the Bank's mass affluent and emerging affluent client segment.
